  1. 1 Cupatta wheat /
  2. water
  3. 3 Tablespoonscoconut grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the wheat flour, grated coconut, salt and sprinkle water and knead it to a coarse texture, slowly adding water little by little.

  2. 2

    Take a puttu kutti (cylindrical stand) or a cheratta puttu stand and add alternate layers of grated coconut and the mix in step 1 and fill it to the brim.

  3. 3

    Steam it for 8-10 minutes and serve hot.
