Pizza Drops
I was starving and there was nothing edible in my house and no time for take away in this rain. I had to whip something quick and this is the result.
Steps
- 1
Saute chopped onion, capsicum and sausages, leave it on for a few minutes.
- 2
Meanwhile, get your dough ready. Just throw in all the ingredients. Just throw them all in and mix. Add the sauted veggies at the end.
- 3
The texture should be similar to regular muffins, so add yogurt accordingly.
- 4
Scoop into a muffin tray. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 190C.
- 5
They will not be as dense as a muffin. More soft, pillowy even, and fluffy.
- 6
I'd imagine it would be much tastier if i left a cheese center instead of mixing it through the batter. Next time. :)
