Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 120 degree Celsius.
- 2
Brush two ramekins with butter, and keep aside.
- 3
Microwave butter and chocolate in a large bowl for a min.
- 4
Once the butter is melted, whisk hard till the chocolate also melts.
- 5
Stir in the sugar till it melts.
- 6
Next add the egg and the egg yolk. Whisk properly.
- 7
Finally, add in the flour. Mix the batter till everything is incorporated.
- 8
Now pour this mixture into the two ramekins.
- 9
Place the ramekins in the oven, and bake for 10-12 mins. The top should be firm & will have slightly risen up.
- 10
Turn off the oven, and keep the ramekins inside for a min or two.
- 11
Take out the cakes, run a knife on the edges, and flip them over on a plate.
- 12
Serve these warm! Pair with vanilla ice-cream or cream. The melted chock-centre is sinful!
- 13
PS: You can make the batter ahead of time. After filling the ramekins, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the fridge (instead of the oven). When you want to bake them, follow steps 9 to 12. Remember the cooking time might increase by 2-3 mins because the batter will be cold.

You will LOVE these!! :)
