I wanted to make a gratin that even those on a diet could eat.

Soft-boiled eggs are good too!! If you don't have shiso, it should taste good with 1/2 a tablespoon of aonori seaweed. Recipe by Chibibou mama

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 150 gramsTofu (silken)
  2. 1pack Natto (mixed with the included sauce and mustard)
  3. 1 tbsp★Mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 tbsp★Soy sauce
  5. 2leaves ★Shiso (minced)
  6. 1Egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the tofu in a bowl (don't drain it), add the ★ ingredients and lightly mix together. It's okay if it's not mixed completely.

  2. 2

    Put Step 1 into a heat-resistant dish and top with the natto. Drop the whole egg into the center and bake in the toaster oven until the egg is cooked to your preference.
