Ingredients

4-serving
  • 500 GramsChicken drumsticks
  • 1 CupMashed Potaties
  • 1 CupSauted vegetables
  • 6Chilli Red Dry
  • 1/2Capsicum Red
  • 1 PodGarlic
  • 1 TablespoonOregano
  • 1 TablespoonPaparika Powder
  • 2 TablespoonsVinegar
  • 2 TablespoonsLemon Juice
  • Olive Oil for grinding
  • 1 Teaspoonsalt
  • 1 TablespoonSalt
  • 1 TablespoonPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken & drain any excess water & make deep slits. Marinate with e salt & pepper powder and keep aside for 10-15 mins.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients of the peri peri mix in a food blender.. Blend on high speed till you get a fine paste.

  3. 3

    Coat the marinated chicken with the peri peri mix and keep it aside fr 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Place the marinated chicken on your grill tray Grill one side for 20 mins remove from the grill and turn the drumsticks over and grill for another 20 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve with mashed potatoes, sauteed vegetables, garlic bread/ dinner rolls or rice.
