one of the easiest egg biriyani which can be prepared in a pressure cooker within minutes :)
Steps

First boil the eggs and keep aside.

Pre soak rice for 20 minutes and drain it.

Take a pressure cooker. put some oil and heat it. after it gets heated, add the ginger garlic paste and finely chopped onion. cook till onion turn light brown in colour.

Now add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. cook 2-3 minutes. now add tomato, finely chopped and cook 2 minutes.

Now add the pre soaked rice and boiled egg. stir it well and add 2 glasses of water. close the cooker and give 2-3 whistles.

After the steam goes off, open amd mix everything well.

Egg biriyani is ready to serve.
