Sev can be made fresh in your own kitchen within literally 30 mins!! You can always store them in an air tigjt container for atleast a week. You can eat them as is with tea or use as toppings for numerous chaats!

Sev can be made fresh in your own kitchen within literally 30 mins!! You can always store them in an air tigjt container for atleast a week. You can eat them as is with tea or use as toppings for numerous chaats!

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

On a medium heat place the kadhai with oil for deep frying.

Use 2tsp of some of that hot oil to add into the bowl with the mixture and make a dough using 4 tbsp of water. (this is very important as the dough shouldnt be runny or too soft)

In a sev maker, use the thin sev mould for making sev. Grease the mould inside before adding the piece of dough into it.

Once youve added the dough in sev maker, squeeze in small batches at a time into the oil.

Once you take the sev out let it cool for sometime.
