Cauliflower masala

Wash cauliflower florets well and dip it in salt water for ten minutes

Marinate the florets with turmeric powder and salt and fry them in coconut oil

Heat the pan. Add 2 tablespoon coconut oil

Add onions and sauté well

When the colour has changed to light brown, add ginger garlic paste,crushed green chillies and curry leaves and sauté well

Add chopped tomatoes and wait till it cooks well

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt as necessary

Add fried cauliflower and mix well

Add chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot!
