Place the onions and cooking oil in a sufuria and stir as the onions cook then add the tomatoes

After 2minutes crash the tomatoes and add the carrots and stir then add the maize and beans.

Add 1/2 cup of water and a pinch of salt.

Break the green beans into two as you add in the sufuria then stir and cover for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve while hot.
