Cut the sides of bread

In a mixer give a nice churn to above mentioned all the ingredients with bread with 1/2bowl water except filling

Make a smooth paste and keep it aside for 15 to 30 mins

Put half amount of veggies in it with salt acc to your taste and mix..keep half veggies for topping

Greese and pre heat the Mini uttam pan

Then fill all the cavaties of the pan with batter

Cook for 3 to 4 mins till roast from lower side and drizzle oil over all pieces

Spread 1/2 cup veggies over all pieces

Flip one by one all pieces after roasting properly..

Then serve with chutney or sauce of your choice
