Ingredients

1 serving

1 tbspyoghurt
3 tbspoats
Handfulberries
2 handfulsgreens (spinach or kale is ideal)
Dashmilk
Water

Steps

1

Add your oats, berries and greens to your blender. Pour over a dash of milk and whizz together.

Add yoghurt and a small amount of water. Blend and check consistency.

Add more water if required o achieved your desired smoothie thickness.
