Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspbutter
  2. 1 tbspflour
  3. onion (mince)
  4. mussel
  5. shrimp medium size (devein)
  6. sliced bread for croutons
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 100 mlwhite stock. (pork bone stock)
  9. 3 tbspfresh milk
  10. to tastesalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    First make a crouton. Cut the bread into medium dice. Then heat the pan with olive oil. Toast the bread. Set aside.

    In a heated pan, saute onion,mussels and shrimp in butter.

    Then, add the flour.

    After that, gradually add the stock while continuously stirring in a low heat.

    Let it simmer for a minute and season with salt and pepper.

    Add milk. While Stirring constantly.

    Lastly, topped it with croutons. serve while its hot. 😊
