Ingredients

  1. 1लीटर दूध
  2. 1चम्मच घी
  3. 2लांग
  4. 100ग्राम सेवइयां
  5. 4से 5 इलाइची
  6. 8से 10 काजु
  7. 8से 10 बादाम
  8. 8से 10 पिस्ता
  9. 10से 15 किसमिस
  10. 1चूटकी जायफल
  11. खस खस 1 छोटी चम्मच
  12. 1छोटी चम्मच चारोली
  13. 150ग्राम चीनी

Steps

    सबसे पहले दुध को एक बर्तन में 1 उबाल आने तक उबाल ने के लिए रख दे। जब तक दुष उबले तब तक एक पेन में घी गर्म कर के उसमें लांग डाले।जब वो फुट जाए तब सेवइयां डाले। और उसे तब तक भूने जब तक वो हल्की रंग की ब्रॉउन न हो जाये।फिर उसके बाद उसमें काजु, बादाम और पिस्ता को छोटे छोटे काट कर डाल दे। ओर से हल्का सा भूने।अब गैस को बंद कर दे।

    अब जब दूध का उबाल आ गया हो तब ये सब मिश्रण डाल दे और इलाइची ओर जायफल को पिस के डाले।और फिर से 1 ओर दूध का उबाल आने दे। अब इसमें चीनी,चारोली,किसमिस ओर खस खस डाल दे और गैस को धीमी आंच पर कर दे।ओर थोडा सा ढक्कन ढक दे।

    अब आपकी टेस्टी खीर तैयार है। खीर को सर्विंग बाउल में निकाल लीजिये। खीर को फ्रीज़ में ठंडी कर के खाये।ज्यादा टेस्टी लगेगी।
