For vada. Roast rava and maida dry in kadai.

Add all the above mentioned ingredients and mix. If needed can add boiled oil. Consistency should be like chappathi dough.

Tap it flat with hands and deep fry in heated oil till the vada looks golden brown.

For chutney

Put all the above mentioned ingredients and grind to a coarse paste.
