Steps

Skin chicken legs and score flesh 4 times

Place in a non metalic bowl

Blitz the rest of ingredients then pour over chicken and make sure all the chicken is covered and in the slashes

Marinade over night (best)or at least 3 hours

Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake @180 for 45 min or untill cooked through if going to do a bbq i cook for 30mins in oven then place on bbq to finish off making sure it cooked through

Serve with salad and rice and a squeeze of lime
