  1. 5sweet potatoes medium
  2. 8fresh tomatoes(sliced)
  3. 4habanero pepper(sliced)
  4. 1onion bulb (chopped)
  5. 3large egg
  6. 3knorr cube
  7. 1/4 cupvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Peel sweet potatoes and wash cut to size then boil for 15 min till soft.

  2. 2

    Place dry pot on heat,add vegetable after 2min.

  3. 3

    Add onions, pepper,tomatoes then stir for 3min.

  4. 4

    Break egg whisk then add to the sauce stir everything together,add maggi and salt.

  5. 5

    Allow for 3min then serve boiled sweet potatoes and egg sauce.
