Fried Chicken...the best ‼️ No hassle, stays crispy and not tough 👍🏻

This time, for the sake of my kids, I went all out to prepare broiler chicken 😁 bought a live broiler, butchered it myself, and cooked it myself. Still, I can't eat it wkwkwkwk just not used to the thought of broiler skin 😅 but my heart is happy seeing the kids eat heartily while repeatedly saying it's delicious, even better than KFC. This recipe is from Mrs. Syahlan, I've posted it here before, but that was Mrs. Syahlan's chicken 😄 To make it official, I cooked it myself this time. It's like KFC, right wkkwwkk... Let's recook like other friends, you won't be disappointed because this fried chicken is really simple, no need for flour a, b, c, dipping here and there, using baking powder, egg whites, etc., and most importantly, the taste is top-notch 👍 You must try it.. Besides chicken, you can also use shrimp, squid... guaranteed crispy and not tough.
The ratio of flour to cornstarch is 5:1... if it's 5 tablespoons of flour, then it's 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Guaranteed crispy

Steps
- 1
Mix the chicken, garlic, pepper, bouillon powder, and salt. Store in the fridge for a few hours (overnight)
- 2
The chicken is already mixed with the seasoning. The longer it's seasoned, the better it tastes. If you want to eat it tomorrow, season it today and store it in the fridge
- 3
In a separate plate, mix the flour and cornstarch. Stir well (no need to add salt). Trust me, the coating will still taste salty when eaten
- 4
Take the chicken out of the fridge. Add 1 egg to the chicken. Mix well
- 5
Roll the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, squeeze and pinch so the flour looks curly
- 6
Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and serve
- 7
Homemade KFC-style chicken is ready to eat. Guaranteed delicious 👍🏻 stays crispy and not tough 😁
