On a charcoal burner, boil the maize and Nzuu until the grains are soft then drain so the water.

In a different pan, preheat the pan then spread two table spoons of cooking oil and start stir frying your onions.

When the onions are cooked, add the tomatoes and cook until mushed.

Add your maize and Nzuu and stir.
- 5
Lastly add your thinly sliced coriander and cook for a few minutes. As your salt to taste and serve.

Best served hot with avocado and your favorite sauces.
