Ingredients

  • 6 piecesSnail
  • 1/2 teaspoonUziza seed
  • PinchSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonCamerooun pepper
  • Melon leaf (ugbogoro) 50g
  • 100 gPeri wrinkle
  • 100 gMushroom
  • 50 gCrayfish
  • Stock cubes 2
  • 50 gPrawn
  • 1/4Palmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the seafood.

  2. 2

    Wash cut,season and boil the snail for 30mins.

  3. 3

    Add little water,Add palmoil,crayfish,camerooun pepper,salt and stock cubes.

  4. 4

    Cook for another 10mins,Add mushroom,peri wrinkle,prawn,smoked fish,cook for 20mins.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring to avoid burning.

  6. 6

    Add melon leaf and cook for another 5mins..bon appetite 😎
