Cooking Instructions
- 1
Set a small plastic bag in a big paper cup to make the bag stable. Pour whipping cream and milk into it.
- 2
Add sugar, vanilla essence, and fruits or oreo cookies as you like.
- 3
Remove plastic bag from the paper cup and close the bag tightly while squeezing out the air. Mix ingredients gently. Be careful not to open the plastic bag.
- 4
You can use the hand made cooling bag to accelerate freezing part or freeze it outside. If you are at home and have enough time, use the freezer of course.
- 5
Put the ice into the big plastic bag, and mix with salt roughly.
- 6
Put the ingredients bag inside the cooling bag.
- 7
Wind the cooling bag with the ingredients bag inside.
- 8
Put the winded cooling bag into a brand new sock not to touch it with bare hands. The cooling bag will turn -15 to -18 degrees at the lowest.
- 9
Keep rocking the sock worn cooling bag for 5 minutes. Rock it back and forth constantly to mix ice and salt in the bag.
- 10
You can make icecream in 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Chocolate Ice Cream Chocolate Ice Cream
A friend asked me when I was going to make them some chocolate ice cream the night before their birthday....I added chocolate chips this time, but this ice cream tastes great without it. It would probably taste lovely with nuts as well It's important to mix in the 2 tablespoons of whipped cream in Step 2, otherwise the batter won't will mix well; Just take a bit of cream from the large bowl. If you don't have any chocolate liqueur, you can substitute it with any liqueur of your choice. Recipe by Makunouchi cookpad.japan -
Espresso ice cream - no churn Espresso ice cream - no churn
This recipe is so much fun. My fave is the espresso, but you can change out flavors. One can of sweetened condensed milk will give me 3 batches of ice cream. Use cocoa instead of espresso and add Reese's pieces or cookies. Or add frozen or fresh fruit instead of espresso. Angie -
