Ingredients

2eggs
2mashed bananas
1/2 cupoil
2 tablespoonscoconut
1 cupoats
2 cupsflour
1 cupmilk
14 gbaking powder
1 tablespoonhoney for sweetening (can be replaced with sugar)
Dried grapes or nuts as desired
Vanilla sugar for flavoring

Steps

Mix the eggs, bananas, honey, vanilla, oil, coconut, and dried grapes well, then add the oats (can be ground if desired) and flour until you get a thick mixture.

Add the milk and baking powder and mix.

Place in cupcake molds or a cake mold and bake. Enjoy!
