Ingredients

  • Karachi halwa
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cupcornflour
  • 2 cupsugar + 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder/ elaychi powder
  • 1/2 cuproughly chopped cashews / kaju
  • 2 tbspchopped pistachios
  • 2 cupwater for cornflour
  • Few drops of orange color

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Add sugar and water and let it cook

  2. 2

    Take a bowl mix cornflour with little water and when it mixes properly add rest of the water

  3. 3

    Add it's mixture in the sguarantee syrup and stir it continuously

  4. 4

    Slow down the gas flame

  5. 5

    When it is half down add half ghee and mix it properly

  6. 6

    After some time add rest of the ghee color and cashews and stir it continuously

  7. 7

    When it is completely combined in a firm of halwa take it out in a greased tray and flatten it properly

  8. 8

    Spread chopped pistachios and let it cool down for an hour

  9. 9

    Now cut it in your desired shape and enjoy

  10. 10

    You can also store theses in an airtight jars for many days
