Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupgram flour
  2. 1Tomato
  3. 1/4Capsicum
  4. 1/4Yellow pepper
  5. 1/4Red pepper
  6. 1Carrot
  7. 1Green chilly
  8. leavesCoriander
  9. 1/2 tbspgrated Ginger
  10. Salt
  11. Oil
  12. Garam masala
  13. Red chilly powder

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop all vegetables. In a bowl take gram flour and 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Add more to get it to flowing consistency.

    Add vegetables, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chilly powder, salt to taste and mix well.

    On a heated flat pan, using a ladle pour out 1 ladle batter and spread out batter evenly. Sprinkle or spray oil and let it cook. Flip over and cook from other side.

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
