Ingredients

  1. 1boneless mud fish
  2. 2 cupsrice - 500g rice
  3. 3tomatoes - chopped
  4. 1sliced onion
  5. cooking oil
  6. salt
  7. royco

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria and stir. As they turn brown add town tomatoes and stir then cover for 2 minutes then crash the softened tomatoes

    Add 1/2cup water mixed royco then add salt and cover.

  3. 3

    Add the fish and allow to cook until ready then turn off.

  4. 4

    Boil 4 cups of water then add rice and cooking oil. add salt and turn the heat to medium.

  5. 5

    When the rice cooks turn off heat and serve
