Ingredients

  1. For Génoise
  2. 4old eggs
  3. 120 ggranulated sugar
  4. 120 gplain flour
  5. Vanilla
  6. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  7. Chantilly cream
  8. 1 cupcold milk
  9. 1 cupChantilly powder
  10. 3 tbspicing sugar
  11. For the Ganach
  12. Fresh cream
  13. Dark chocolate
  14. For the brown cream
  15. Ganach combined with Chantilly cream
  16. Syrup
  17. Strawberry juice and sugar
  18. Strawberry jam

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the old eggs in hot water till it gets cold

  2. 2

    Whisk eggs with sugar vanilla till you get a white mixture, add flour and baking powder, bake it on 180 degrees

  3. 3

    Whisk cold milk sugar and Chantilly powder till you get a fluffy light cream

  4. 4

    Boil fresh cream, pour it on chocolate and stir, let it cool !

  5. 5

    Boil juice and sugar till you get a syrup !

  6. 6

    Start the montage, layer of genoise, drizzle some syrup, cover it with jam, Chantilly cream, second layer of genoise and so on till you finish the four layers

  7. 7

    Cover it with ganach and decorate it with creams, chocolate and chopped almonds
