  • 500 gchopped boiled beef
  • 1chopped onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tbssoya sauce
  • cooking oil
  • salt

    Add onions to the beef and add cooking oil and stir.

  2. 2

    Add the soya sauce as you stir. add the tomatoes and cover until tomatoes soften.

  3. 3

    Stir and add 3/4 cup water and salt. cover for 5-8 minutes and serve with ugali
