Ingredients

  • 1bowl Urad Dal (white Dal)
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tablespoonsaunf
  • 1bowl Besan
  • 1.5bowl maida
  • to tasteSalt
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Red chilly powder (colour plus normal)
  • 2 tablespoonSabut Dhaniya

Steps

  1. 1

    Add one bowl water to Dal and add hing, sabut dhaniya, saunf, salt and red chilly powder

  2. 2

    Boil it for 15-20 minutes

  3. 3

    At the same time, take besan in Pan and saute it till it is light brown

  4. 4

    Add fresh coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Make dough with maida, oil and water

  6. 6

    Make small filled kachoris and deep fry them

  7. 7

    Enjoy!
