    Sub se pehle dal ko acche se dho ke 4-5 ghante bhigone ke liye rakh de

    Jb dal bhig jaye use mixer me halka dar dara pis le

    Ab ek cooker ke bartan ko ghee laga ke usme pisi hui dal ka ghol dal ke cooker me pakne ke liye rakh de

    Full gas pe ek siti bajaye fir 10 min slow flame pe rahne de aur gas band Kar de

  5. 5

    Cooker ko pura thanda hone de

  6. 6

    Ab cooker se bartan ko bahar nikale aur use bhi pura thanda hone de

  7. 7

    Ab dal ka ghol humne jo pakaya Hai wo dhokla ke jaisa jam gaya hoga

  8. 8

    Use chote chote tukde Kar ke nikal le

  9. 9

    Ab in tukdo ko fir se mixer me pis le

  10. 10

    Pisne ke baad ye suji jaisa ban jayega

  11. 11

    Ek pan me ghee garam Karein aur usme ye pisa hua mishran dale

  12. 12

    Ise acche se tb tak bhune jb tak iska colour change na ho Jaye aur ye ghee na chode

  13. 13

    Ab isme garam pani jarurat ke hisab se dale

  14. 14

    Pani sukhne ke baad shakkar aur khoya bhi dal de

  15. 15

    Ab ise chalate rahe jb tak ye fir se ghee na chode

  16. 16

    Ab isme elaichi powder aur dry fruits dal de

  17. 17
