In a bowl mix onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, oregano and 2 tbsp mozarella cheese.

Filling is ready. Keep aside.

Take a round small bowl and cut all the bread slices in round shape.

Take 8 slices and again cut each of them with a very small round bowl or glass.

Keep the outer ring and keep away the inner ring of these slices. (inner rings can be used in any other recipe)

Now place the round slices on the plate.

Spread tomato ketchup on some slices and pudina chtaka on some.

Place the outer rings on each slice covered with ketchup and chtaka.

Bread disc is ready.

Now fill the centre of each disc with the onion tomato filling.

Spread mozarella cheese on top of each disc.

Pre heat oven to 250*C for 5 min.

Grease the oven proof tray.

Place the ready discs on the tray.

Coat all the sides of the discs with oil.

Place the tray in the oven on the middle rack.

Bake for 15-20 min or till all the discs turn golden and crispy.

Transfer these discs on the serving plate.

Bread pizza disc is ready to serve.
