Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/8 tsppaprika
  • 2eggs or 4 egg yolks beaten
  • 2 tbslemon juice
  • 1/3 cuporange juice
  • 2 tbsbutter
  • 1 cupHeavy cream, whipped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients, add eggs, lemon juice and orange juice, cook over boiling b4 water, stirring constantly.

  2. 2

    Add butter, com u bull thick; cool.

  3. 3

    When ready to use, add the whipped cream.
