Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundstomatoes
  2. 2.2 poundspotatoes
  3. 1.1 poundskofta
  4. 1onion
  5. mixed spices
  6. salt
  7. 1little oil
  8. hot pepper
  9. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the potatoes, tomatoes, and onion into rounds. Season the potatoes with mixed spices and salt.

    In a baking dish, lightly grease with oil and add the potatoes. The kofta comes pre-seasoned and ready, so add it on top along with the onion slices.

    Add the tomato slices on top.

    Optionally, add a hot pepper and pour in 1/2 cup of water. Cover with aluminum foil and cook on the stove for about 30 minutes until done.
