Peel all the potatoes well and clean them, soak them in water add a generous amount of tumeric powder and salt to taste.

Boil your potatoes for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Smear your baking tray with blueband, add your potatoes and smear a little blueband on top of potatoes.

Bake them fir 30 minutes. Enjoy with your favourite meat dish.
