Heat the 2 tablespoons of sugar until it turns into caramel, then pour it into a microwave-safe ceramic or plastic mug.

Mix the milks, egg, and vanilla extract in a blender or with a mixer for 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the mug over the caramel and microwave for 1 minute.

After the microwave stops, heat for another minute. Repeat in 1-minute intervals until a total of 5 minutes has passed.

Carefully remove the mug from the microwave, let it cool for a few minutes, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Remove the flan from the mug and enjoy.
