Ingredients

  • 5tinda
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 2tomato finely chopped
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric
  • 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  • to tastered chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the tinda peel and cut

  2. 2

    Take 1pan add some oil, & add onion& green chilli

  3. 3

    Wait for 2 min

  4. 4

    Add the tomato & all spices

  5. 5

    Lower flame & wait few min & add tinda & cook it

  6. 6

    Add some water

  7. 7

    Lower the flame & wait 20 minutes

  8. 8

    Now, serve in a plate

  9. 9

    Now, ready to eat with chapati
