Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Salad
  2. 1x Lettuce (Radicchio, Rocket, Butter Lettuce, Oak)
  3. 1x Cucumber
  4. 1x Green bell pepper
  5. 1x Serenade Green chili
  6. 2x Avocados
  7. 10x Small Rosa tomatoes
  8. 10x Kalamata Olives
  9. Vegan Dressing
  10. 30 mlApple cider vinegar
  11. 30 mlOlive oil
  12. 10 mlTahini
  13. 5 mldried oregano
  14. 5 mlHimalayan salt
  15. PinchNutmeg
  16. PinchCumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Chiffonade all the leaves, place in salad dish

  2. 2

    Chop cucumber and bell pepper to personal desire, and place on leaves.

  3. 3

    Slice tomatoes in half, add to dish.

  4. 4

    Mince the chilli, add to dish.

  5. 5

    Add Olives.

  6. 6

    Dice Avocados.

  7. 7

    Salad Dressing:

  8. 8

    Pour the apple cider vinegar and olive oil in a mixing bowl.

  9. 9

    Add the Tahini and all the dry ingredients.

  10. 10

    Mix at high speed, and dress your salad ;-)

  11. 11
