    Ek bowl m potato, Salt, red chilli powder & green chilli. Mix kero. Filling ready h.

    Atta ka small ball lo. Usko roti ki trh bel lo usme stuffing rkho and sari trf se close kerdo.

  3. 3

    Fir paratha ki trh bel lo. Tawa garam kero. usper thorda sa ghee lgao.

  4. 4

    And paratha tawe per daal do. dono side per achhe se ghee lgao and brown hone tak sek lo.

  5. 5

    Plate m rkh ker serve kero.
