Soak Moong dal aur rice in yogurt for 5 to 6 hours. Also add some water.

Now grind them in mixture. And make a thick batter.

Add ginger garlic hari mirch coriander leaves salt and garam masala.

Now take a steamer. Add baking soda.

Take a grease plate. Add batter.and put plate in steamer.

Remove plate after 15 mins. And cut in diamond shape.

Now take a pan. add 1 spoon oil.Add mustard seeds seesame seeds cumin seeds and hari mirch.

In this add our dhokla. Remove from gas.

Our amazing dhokla are ready.

Serve it hot.
