  1. 2eggs
  2. 1small capsicum
  3. 2big tomatoes
  4. Cooking oil
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

7 minutes
  1. 1

    Break eggs into a bowl, cut the capsicum and tomatoes into the bowl add salt and stir.

  2. 2

    Put cooking oil in a pan, pour the mixture on the pan and let it cook under low heat for 2 minutes then turn to cook for another 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Serve while hot.
