Saturday morning breakfast.
Steps

Beat eggs in a small dish, add milk and butter. Whisk together and add salt. Set aside.

In medium size pan, add oil, bacon and sausages and cook until welldone/crunchy.

Remove and set aside. Wash pay under hot water to avoid fat and excess oil.

Return back to stove. Add beaten eggs and stir slowly until crumbs being to form.

Set aside. In a small pot, cook spinach with oil for 30 seconds and set aside. In a medicine place, place neatly all cooked meal. Add your toasted bread.

Add frozen fruit to food processor, honey and milk. Blend until your desired texture is achieved. Return to a smoothie cup or any cup.

Enjoy your breakfast.
