  • 4 slicebread, cubed
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 2 cupcubed zucchini
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic salt
  • 1egg, beaten
  • 2 cupshredded Cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175 degrees C).

  2. 2

    Place bread cubes in a medium bowl and pour melted butter over the bread.

  3. 3

    Add the zucchini, onion, garlic salt and egg; mix well.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Then uncover the dish and bake for another 30 minutes.
