Ingredients

60 minutes
4 serves
  • 500 gflour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbspsalt

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Put flour in a bowl,add in salt and mix evenly, then add in oil. (2 tbsp of oil)

  2. 2

    Then take warm water and start to add to knead.

  3. 3

    Knead to form a soft dough. Then let it rest for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes roll into 0.25 inches then apply oil to all sides. Then fold it to form a rope like dough.

  5. 5

    Then cut into small equal 7 parts.

  6. 6

    Then add roll the chapati doughs.

  7. 7

    Roll into 0.25 inches of dough.

  8. 8

    Then put chapati in a pan heat then add oil on top turn then roll cook the chapati the other side. Turn and cook the chapati both sides until golden brown in each side.

    Put in a hot pot then serve after 15 minutes.
