Soak your stock fish in hot water and steam together with meat then u add little water after allow to steam for 2 mins

Add crayfish,knorr cubes salt and pepper allow for 5 mins

Add red oil allow for 4mins then u add your grinded ogbonor,Allow to boil together and draw then u add your already marinaded and steamed Crocker fish allow for 6 mins

Add your ugu leaf and leave for two mins,stire and ready to serve.you can serve with either semovita or fufu

Note your Crocker fish was steamed separately to avoid getting too soft
