Washed the mung daal thoroughly under water for atleast 2 to 3 times

Soak the dal in water for 4 hrs drain the excess water and put it in a grinder grind the daal into a smooth paste.keep it aside to ferment for 2 hrs

Put a pan on the gas and pour 300ml water. Let it boil and then add the sugar. Simmer the sugar syrup for about 10 mints

After two hrs pour the daal batter in sauce bottle with nozzle or used handmade plastic cones

Heat ghee in another pan and then with the help of plastic cone (I use plastic cone) make rounded shaped imrties

Fry on low flame till the surface starts turning brown.

Ow dip the imarties in sugar syrup and keep it untouched for atleast 10 mints

Serve hot 2 your child
