Steps

Add oil to pan and rai jeera and hing. Make rai jeera to crackle.

Add kadi patta and green chillies as per your taste.

Add tomatoes and cook for a minute. Add haldi and red chilli powder and cook till tomatoes become moist.

Add palak puree now. Cook for couple of minutes.

Add daal, salt, gud and bring to boil.
- 6
Dal is ready.
