  1. 4 mediumCactus w/o thorns
  2. 1 largePotato
  3. 1 packagesPork Rinds/Chicharron
  4. 4 mediumTomatos
  5. 1 mediumjalapeño
  6. 2 sliceOnion
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 2 pinchsalt
  10. 2 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    Chop up Cactus, Potatoes

  2. 2

    boil cactus and potatoes until tendrr

  3. 3

    drain cactus/ potato water, rinse cactus and potato off

  4. 4

    preheat pan to medium with olive oil

  5. 5

    any the blender place tomatoes, onion,jalapeño, garlic, salt, all water

  6. 6

    place blended red sauce into pan let it bubble

  7. 7

    when bubbling place the cactus, potatoes inside the red sauce blend

  8. 8

    let it heat up a bit more like 2-3 minutes then place your bag of pork rinds inside the sauce with cactus and potato

  9. 9

    mix it up slowly

  10. 10

    now you have a Mexican meal. Happy Eating!
