cook the meat with the coriander, cumin and cinnamon for 2 hours or until it cooked well in a water.

take the meat out, add the rice -after wash it- to the stock,and cook.

put the meat on the rice, turn down the heat to the lowest.

make a small cup with alminium foil,put the oil inside it.
- 5
put it inside the pan in the middle of the rice.
- 6
fire the sharcoal then put it in the oil and cover the pan immediatly. keep it for a while.

befor serve it, take out the cup and mix the oil with the rice without the sharcoal.
