The inspiraion for this recipe was the PIONEER WOMAN ... though she used different spice this is very good.. Can be used on fish, steak, corn, veggies, etc

2 sticksalted butter
1/8 tsppepper
1/4 tspgarlic powder
2 tsplemon juice
3 tbspparsley, drierd
1/4 tspthyme, dried

allow butter get soft at room temperature.

cream the butter with a mixer.

add all the spices and lemon juice. mix well with the butter.

put cling wrap over a piece of aluminum foil.

put butter on the cling wrap. make a cylinder out of the butter. wrap in cling wrap and aluminum foil. wrap like a jolly rancher candy.

this can be put in the freezer until you are ready to use.

this can be put in the freezer until you are ready to use. even if using immediately put in freezer for 30 minutes to allow to firm up.
