Steps

Wash the meat well then put in a clean cooking pot. Add 2 cups of water and put on fire to boil for about 15 mins so that its soft enough.

Cut the onions, tomatoes,pepper,coriander and mash the Gallic.

Once the meat is boiled and dry,add oil,stir and allow to fry

Add onions and pepper and stir

Add the mashed Gallic,stir and allow to fry for 2 minutes.

Add a glass of water,boil for 2 minutes then add coriander and allow to steam for few seconds.

Remove from fire and serve with rice. Enjoy the goat meat with natural spices.
