1 lbground chuck or beef
1 cuprice
1 clovegarlic
1 pinchmint, oregano, thyme
2 cupMexican squash, potatoes, carrots, onions, tomatoes
1tomato bullion cube

mix meat with rice, mint, oregano and thyme add a pinch of salt and form into balls

in pot add oil , and saute vegetable mixer

add water and bullion cube .let soup come to a simmer then drop in meatballs. cook of 15 minutes and add salt if needed . enjoy!
