10 minutes
  1. 50 gmMakhane (lotus seeds)
  2. 1 cupPeanuts
  3. to tasteSendha namak (rock salt) according
  4. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  5. 2 tspDesi Ghee

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in Kadhai. Add peanuts. Roast it on medium flame. Add salt & pepper. Saute well. Add makhana. Roast it until light brown & crispy.

  2. 2

    Makhana namkeen is ready to serve.
